1. Why should I upgrade my account?
Upgraded members earn much more from their referrals', benefit from improved targeting, pay less for advertising and more. Please log in and click 'My Account > Compare' for details.
2. Can I upgrade without a credit or debit card?
Yes. If you don't have a card, you can pay with your WordLinx or PayPal balance.
3. I just upgraded. Why am I being asked to create a campaign?
All upgrades come with credits. These can be used to promote your own websites on our network. Simply create an advert, wait for it to be approved, then click 'Create Campaign' on the new advert.
4. I just upgraded to Verified Lifetime. Why does it just say Verified?
Verified Lifetime is a lifetime Verified upgrade, so it will just say Membership: Verified.
5. Why has my PayPal subscription been cancelled?
If your subscription has ended by itself, the credit or debit card associated with your subscription may have expired. If that is the case, please contact us, so we can help you to re-upgrade your account.
