Upgrade Questions

1. Why should I upgrade my account?

As an upgraded member you will have access to paid adverts for both regular members and upgraded members, so you can earn more! Also, depending which upgrade level you choose, you can earn triple from your referrals and get up to 1000 credits per month for promoting your own sites.

All upgrade levels come with better targeting features for your adverts, including targeting by region, age and gender. You will also be able to show your advert only once per member per campaign (for unique visitors), and to other Verified Buyers (upgraded members with confirmed buying power).

For full details, please login and click Upgrade! in the top right corner.

2. Can I upgrade without a credit or debit card?

Yes! If you don't have a card, you can pay with your WordLinx or PayPal balance.

3. Will upgrading give me more paid adverts to click?

Yes! All paid membership levels come with Verified Buyer status. This shows advertisers that you can make payments online with a credit or debit card (confirmed buying power). There are generally more paid adverts to click for Verified Buyers. However, as we rely on real advertisers, we can not guarantee that upgrading your account will give you more paid adverts to click every day.

4. I just upgraded. Why am I being asked to create a campaign?

All paid membership levels come with credits. These can be used to promote your own websites. Simply create an advert, wait for it to be approved, then click Create Campaign on the new advert.

5. I just upgraded to Verified Plus. Why does it just say Verified?

Verified Plus is a lifetime Verified upgrade, so it will just say Membership: Verified in your member area.

6. My account level has gone back to Basic. Why have I been downgraded?

If you cancelled your PayPal subscription, your account will have been downgraded immediately.

7. Why has my PayPal subscription been cancelled?

If your subscription has ended by itself, the credit or debit card associated with your subscription may have expired. If that is the case, please contact us, so we can help you re-upgrade.
