WordLinx now owned by registered company
Wednesday, September 16th, 2009Rogue, the company that owns WordLinx is now a limited liability company, registered in England and Wales as Rogue Media Ltd.
The new name comes with a new status that gives Rogue protection, rights and benefits. These include the option to sell shares in the future. As a registered company it will be easier to raise money for investment (when required) and customers can be more confident they are dealing with a real world business.
Our PayPal name has been updated, so any future payments that go through our system will be under the name Rogue Media Ltd. This will not affect anything other than the name on your PayPal receipts. There is no change to WordLinx, how the system works, or how payments are processed.
We’re still finalising a lot of the paperwork, but this is a very exciting time for both Rogue and WordLinx, as it opens many doors to new possibilities. If you have any questions about the new company status just leave a comment below, reply to any tweet on our Twitter feed, or contact Support.
